"I got in touch with Brian after finding his website via a simple
Google search. I had made my decision to take a look at the market
just a few days prior and - as a first time buyer - wanted to make
sure I knew what I was getting into. Brian offered to take me to a
few places and he let me make my own observations to get a feel of
what was important to me before putting in his own thoughts on what I
was missing. Long story short, we saw 16 condos on two separate days
and by letting Brian show me properties he thought I should look at, I

Last month, we purchased a condominium in Toronto. Brian Matthews was our sales agent.
I first met Brian by chance while researching a property on the web, as he was the listing agent for that property. He arranged for my wife and I to view the property in question, and offered to research other condos that might suit our needs. Hence the process began. We subsequently placed an offer on the above mentioned property, and were successful.
I would like to advise you that I found Brian to be most helpful and accommodating. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for him when we asked for help and info on properties that we either saw on the web, or that he recommended to us. He did not try to steamroller us into buying something we didn't want, but was always in the background, suggesting or advising, and answering any question we had relative to mortgages, taxes, or other financing issues. I like that in a sales agent.
In short, I want to tell you that in my view, Brian Matthews is a valuable employee, and is someone that i would not hesitate in recommending to my friends, if they were looking for real estate in Toronto.
